    O preço é barato pra o que você entrega

    jogo volei de praia e ainda estudo então estava tendo muita dificuldade pq n conseguia pagar um personal e a ficha da academia me deixava destruida qnd eu ia fazer o fisico na areia e seu treino ta valendo muito a pena

    comprem pq vale a pena

    já to treinando faz 5 semanas e meu salto aumentou (ainda n sei qnts cm foi pq vou fazer o teste só semana que vem, mas da pra sentir que to saltando mais e com mt facilidade) e a minha corrida até as bolas mudou to bem rápida.

    tava sem nenhum suporte na minha academia treino ruim e o professor paia. Achei simples o treino e bem especifico pra o vôlei.. tamo junto izack
